How it works

Agents write most of the code now. The judgment stays with me, and the result stays with you. The middle three stops are how I ship my own projects.

  1. Pick one workflow

    We choose one real workflow together. One, so it actually ships.

  2. Spec it by hand

    I write down what done looks like before any agent touches the code.

  3. Agents draft, I read

    Claude Code and local models do the typing. Nothing merges that I have not read.

  4. Ship small

    Your team uses it early. Their use decides what gets tightened next.

  5. Hand it over

    You get something that runs, with documentation your team can own.

What does it cost?
It is quoted per workflow, once we know what the workflow touches. You see the quote before any work starts.
What if we don't know which workflow to start with?
That is the first stop. Send what your team does by hand every week, and we pick one together.
Who owns what you build?
Your team does. It is handed over running, with documentation your team can read, change, and keep using without me.
Which models do you use?
Claude Code and local models do most of the typing on my side. What the workflow runs on is chosen with you, including local models when data has to stay in-house.
